Changing strategy for paid media landing pages
Led the design of a new paid media landing page at Google, based on the new strategic direction of focusing on nurturing & capturing leads to then subsequently boost acquisition .
Led an R&D project at Chase UK where we investigated the opportunity of taking ID documents that were captured during onboarding and finding a use for them for our users.
The Argos checkout needed to be re-platformed onto a new tech stack and we were given the opportunity to improve the overall user experience, make it fully responsive & update the design to be consistent with the rest of the site.
My account is an area of ASOS where users can log in, view & amend details and track their orders. There was a desire to improve the overall experience, align and updated the design and reduce calls into customer care.
